Skin - 10yr old

Hello doctor. My 10.5 yr old daughter has already started puberty and for a while now she has started with some pimple spots (but small ones). They are mostly on her forehead into the hairline (this is where its worse) and perhaps a few on her nose. She also has small blackheads on her chin. I did buy her some clearisil face wash, but I dont see a major improvement. Also tried another soap-type cleanser (cannot recall the name, but it is an off-white colour and quite expensive). I don''t want to start any pills, but is there any other product we could try to clear up this condition ??
