Skim Milk

Is Fat-free milk equivalent to Skim milk? I have been to 2 grocery stores, looking for Skim milk & there wasn'y any I could only find Full-cream, Low-fat & Fat-free. Is the Fat-free same as skim milk?

According to the Agricultural Act, low-fat milk contains about 2% fat, while skim contains 0,2% fat which is for all intents fat-free.

Fat free milk has less calories than skim milk, but only a little less.
