side effects valium,trepiline and gen-pa

Valium 5mg ,3 times a day
trepiline 10mg at night
Gen-Payne 2 capsules, 3 times a day
This were prescribed for mussle spasm and tintling at the backmussles
What are the side effects other than drowsiness?
Is is safe to use so much sedative pills?

I use 20mg cilift a.m. plus .25mg alzam plus .25mg alzam pm plus 5mg zolpidem before bed and 10mg trepiline is this dosage safe or addictive?
