Shots

Hi, I won't like to know at what age must a kitten have it's shots?
She is now 9wks.

Please take her to your veterinarian for shots as soon as possible. She is ready now and already overdue.

Your kitten was due for shots since 8 weeks, she should have a course of 3 vaccinations by the time she is 3 months old. Your vet will give you the dates to come in for the 2nd and 3rd shots, usually a month apart, then she will only be due a year later for a booster. Please take your cat every year for a booster vaccination as only having the shots as a baby will not cover her for life. Also if you ever need to take her to a boarding kennel/cattery she will have to be up to date to be admitted. Also PLEASE have your cat sterilized at 6months, there are thousands of unwanted animals in shelters around the country
