Semen Analyisis Explained

Hi Doc
Please can you help me decipher what these results actually mean. My FS says is just low morphology, but somehow these results sound far worse.
Please also advise on any possible treatment etc.
Results are as follows:
Count: 88.0 per 10.6/ml
Total Count: 220.0 10.6/ejaculate
Supravital Index 60.0
Count Normal Sperm 2.64 per 10.6/ml
Morphology:
Normal 5
Amporhpic 83
Megalo 6
Double 6

CMA3: The Intake of Fluorochrome Indicates DNA damage
Immature DNA 48%
Comment:
Teratozoospermia, increased CMA3 levles indicative to incomplete DNA decondensations during fertilization and poor quality embroy's.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!! It sounds TOTALLY DREADFULLLL!!!!!

Thanks
Sharon

Dear Struggling

The fertility specialist is correct in that the low morphology seems to be the only major area of concern and should be treated accordingly. In my opinion the correct treatment would be IVF but an attempt at insemination can be made because of the fairly good total sperm count.
