Seer voet

Ek draf ongeveer 16km per week. Die afgelope week en 'n half het ek ongelooflike pyn in die area waar my 2de en 3de toon begin in my voet. Die area is rooi en geswel. Ek was vir 2 fisio behandelings, maar elke keer was my voet seerder daarna. Ek was by my huisdokter wat my vir 'n x-straal gestuur het - die x-straal wys geen skade aan sagte weefsel of beentjies in voet nie. Ek gebruik nou Coxflam 15 die afgelope 2 dae, maar voel nog geen verbetering nie. Is dit maar net erge inflammasie van die spiere en hoekom het die anti-inflamatoriese medisyne nog nie dit laat beter voel nie?

If you are still out of balance every time you walk you are going to aggrevate the inflamation.

There are two points 3cm below your ribs in line with your nipples. rubbing these will help release the calf - which is likely to be very tight, which are then putting immense pressure on the lower foot area.
Once you have done the points, you then want to stretch your calves.

laat jou dokter of fisio(wat hopelik iets weet van hardloop) net seker maak daar het nie 'n neuroom gevorm nie.
