Scoliosis

Is it possible to treat or at least limit the extent of scoliosis with physiotherapy or exercise?

Absolutely. Any former physiotherapy will exercise that helps you re-gained better posture, and therefore larger body to function better in all three dimensions of movement-which means forward and back, side to side, and rotational movements. Rotational movements are the most important thing that you can do to help a scoliosis.

I think to start either select a physiotherapist or a trainer to give you a correct exercise program.
