dear cyberdoc,
i have a significant scar on my right cheek about 2 mm as a result of stupidly picking a scab, ive been rubbin vitamin e on to it in an attempt to reduce its visibility with moderate success for a couple of months, howver i was wondering is there any other substance / product i can use to help fade it as it is quite visible, and how long naturally does it take for scars to fade?

It could take a while to fade -up to a year. The vit E or tissue oil is not a bad idea. If it is really persistent, it will be best to go to a dermatologist and let them treat it with laser for you.
