SALT

My husband loves his salt. He eats salt with everything and I personally think he has way to much. I always make jokes saying 'Would you like some food with your salt?'.

Noami, too much salt is definitely bad for you. It can increase your blood pressure and put an extra load on your kidneys – something you definitely don’t want. The best would be to try and convince him to not use extra salt on his food (don’t put it on the table). Good luck.
