Saliva

Hi doc
I have a very strange question, never thought about it untill now. I know they say you cannot get HIV from sharing glasses and cutlery, but what if you drop an empty glass very shortly after someone drank and you end up getting a very small glass splinter in your foot, like a pinprick, no blood visible on it, even after it caused you to bleed a small droplet? (Was wearing open shoes)
Thanx so much for your time.
