Safe protein

Hi I do weight training classes to firm up, build strength and endurance(not to b a beefcake!!!). What's a good safe protein shake to take as I don't always feel like eating 4 eggs after training?

the best would be to join a gym and let them work out a programme for you. You can use something like Shake or USN or make your own: 350ml low fat milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 3 teaspoons of Horlicks. You can also add a banana.
