Rys en Pasta

Ek wou net weet in die middae vir middagete eet ek gewoonlik pasta met 'n tamatie/babymarou kombinasie sous oor. Ek het nie altyd pasta nie en wou weet of rys net so gesond en goeie bron van stysel is vir energie as ek nie pasta het nie?
Ek eet nie die pasta of die rys met ryk souse of vleis nie sit gewoonlik iets groenterig in

Al hoekom ek vra is omdat ek nogal baie oefen dans 3 keer 'n week en doen ook yoga so my liggaam soek daardie bietjie stysel ek hou nie van brood nie en vind pasta 'n goeie vervanger.

Jy kan ook rys gebruik i.p.v. pasta, aangesien albei goeie bronne van stysel is en dus energie beskikbaar maak. Bruin rys het 'n hoër veselinhoud en kan dus as variasie gebruik word.
