RIGHT FOOT VERY PAINFUL

I have a big problem. Sometimes I can walk normally with not an ounce of pain. At other times the pain is so bad I can't put my right foot down on the ground. I went to the doctor and they did X-RAYS and tested uric acid and she prescribed calmag. My left big toe has started to niggle. Is it arthritis starting?

Dear Micheline
It could be osteo - artritis ( wear and tear) or overstressing of the muscles in the foot - it sometimes help to wear a supportive insole ( you will find at dischem)
