Retrenched (urgent)

Three of us worked at a small franshise for more than 4 years. Allthough the franshise was in the market for about 6 months, the owner just closed doors in December, leaving us all with nothing. No notice were given that the business will be closed. The franshisor has in the mean time claimed back the franchise and was entitled to do so in accordance with the contract. No retrenchment letters, no pay, severance pay or leave payouts.

Sorry, but I would also like to know to what payments we are entitled to?
