Restless legs is often caused by Iron deficiency Anaemia. Increase your body's ability to absorb and store iron by increasing vitamin C to 500mg daily, take a womans formula multi that contains sufficient iron, and increase your intake of magnesium with a magnesium supplement.
If you smoke, it has been found that by stopping smoking restless legs syndrome is improved - this is also probably due to the vitamin C/iron connection.
Also assess your use of caffiene, as this can cause restless legs in some individuals.
