Dear Sugar
You can use honey over oats porridge as a substitute for sugar. If you are trying to lose weight then you can use aspartame-containing artificial sweeteners that have been declared safe for human consumption by a variety of international experts and organisations.

Have you tried Canderal Crystal? To me it tastes better than all other sweeteners. It actually contains real sugar as well as sweetener. It has half the calories of normal sugar.
