Many drugs are sold under different brand names in different countries. So the Zotrim may just be the name used in the UK, whereas in SA the product is called Reductil. Check if the chemical compound in the medications are the same, e.g. sibutramine, if so, then there is no difference except for the name. However, Reductil is a schedule 5 drug which means that it can under no circumstances be sold without a dor's prescription.
