red bull

Hi

Is it bad for you to drink a Red Bull each day before workout? It seems to be the only thing that gives me energy.

One red bull a day should be fine. Understand that it contains the same amount of caffeine as about two strong espresso coffees and what you should know is that the body tends to become used to this stimulating substance which may prompt you to start taking more to get the same kick. Excessive caffeine use will put strain on the adrenal glands of the body which could ultimately lead to a kind of burn out – so just go easy on it!
