Dear Sly

Thank you for visiting health24.com.

The recurring swelling on your friend's right wrist, could be due to a ganglion cyst. It is nothing to worry about. It can however, cause pain and discomfort at times. The treatment is surgical repair of the tendon.

Kind regards

Dear Cyberdoc

I seem to have developed a ganglion cyst on one of my knuckles. It appeared after I cut the knuckle badly. I have had x-rays and there is nothing wrong with the bone. What can I do/what is the proceure to have it removed?

Many thanks for you help.
