recurrent through infections

My 21/2 year old daughter who is generally quite healthy started swimming lessons the end of August and has constantly got throat infections after one or two lessons. Obviously something about the water, chlorine etc is effecting her but she enjoys and is thriving so much I don't want to stop unnecessarily.
