Hi
Thanx for the response it sounds much clearer now. Actually I have been experiencing Lower back pain for abt 4 weeks, it basically restricts me from standing or walking or even sitting for too long, 2 GP'S diagnosed it as an inflammation. Painkillers dont seem to help . Can you suggest any causes for this? Please let me know your email add or tel number, as I think Physio is the way to go to sort this out.

Your SIJ (sacro iliac joint) could be off balance. No pain killers will help this.
