im currently eating a 2000cal diet and training everyday where my heart rate monitor says 1 burn +- 2500 cal a day yet im sill gaining weight how is this

It is difficult to say why you are still gaining weight when your diet contains 2000 cal and the heart rate monitor indicates that you burn about 2500 cal a day. The monitor could be faulty or you may inadvertently be eating more than 2000 cal a day. To lose weight, it is generally recommended that you reduce your energy intake to 1500 cal a day. Another factor could be that you are at present building muscle tissue which ironically weighs more than fat tissue! Try reducing you energy intake a bit and give your body time to adjust to the high exercise level.
