re: health walker

hi. i would like to know is the health walker a good form of exercise. i do it atleast 20minutes a day.

Yes it is, however, I would recommend you supplement it with some weight-bearing exercise i.e walking/jogging/aerobics/tennis. Weight bearing exercise is very important for maintaining bone health. Also try to do some resistance exercise (toning). You may want to get some home-based ideas on the fotness page, by clicking on "Shape up for Summer".
