Gen, you might become infected, but it still depends on the viral load in the infected blood, the time the open wound is exposed to the infected blood and the “receiver’s” immunity. The same goes for having sex with an infected person – you don’t have to become infected the first time you do it, but the more you do it the higher your chances. Good luck.
