RDA for Omega 3-6-9

Good day,

I have started using the Omega 3-6-9 supplement but not sure what is the recommended dosage a day for an adult. The supplements which I am using contains Omega 3 (600mg), Omega 6 (150mg) and Omega 9 (180mg). But the directions states I can use up to 3 tablets daily. Is this too much?

Dear Ragan
You can use up to 4000 mg per day Omega 3 so the 3 times a day dose would not be too much.
