? ratio mg/DL to mmol/L

I used to use x 39 to convert my Chlesterol, reading done here,
to USA eg 5½ mmol/L = 215mg/DL.. , but I see that blood sugar, and Triglicerides, 39 is wrong... can anybody help. ? ? ? Len
