If i decide to take leave pay instead of leave can the employer deduct pension , uif and tax from this leave pay.

The company i work for do not obey the law but eveybody working here are to scared to report the boss as he makes life very difficult or looks for any reason to fire them. He does not pay the staff properly like if they absent for 1 day sick he deducts it from their wages. He does not pay them double for public holidays and some staff are working 48 hours a week but are still temporary staff with no benefits. We have tried to report him to Mibco but they cannot investigate without a person giving his name and lodging a formal complaint. This way he will know who complained. Is thre anything we can do to get him investigated
