Quantitative Pregnancy test

I had a quantitative test done which determined the age of the fetus at between 3 and 4 weeks. Does this mean that I am actually about 5 to 6 weeks pregnant. I cannot use the date of my last cycle on any pregnancy calendars as I have PCOS and my cycles are 56 days long! I just want to try get some kind of confirmation so that I can track the progress on a week-by-week calendar.
