putting passion back into a marriage

Hi We have been married for 30 years and we need to regain the passion in our marriage - been through lots of emotional trauma these last few years. Is there a good book etc that you can recommend that would be able to help us. Many thanks

Stop dwelling in the past , just opens the whole can worms again . Make your decision that who you with is your lifetime partner and love . Whatever has happened forgive each other and pray for the best . Learn new ways to trust each other . Renew your marriage vows and commit to each other afreh , forgive and forget the past . Live for now and the future . Say nice things to each other and do things for each other , go out , naughty texts , visit an adult shop , check the net for new sex techniques , see a doctor for any underlying chronic conditions , exercise and start your foreplay early in the morning and keep it going throughouth the day . Its good to argue but dont bring out the past . Its a lame mechanism to try and win the argument . Remember youve forgiven so forget too . Promise each other never to go to sleep angry . Forgive each other for bad words at bedtime and no matter how many times it happens keep on promising each other that you will try and be nicer . Always hold each other and go to sleep .

Fighting for Your Marriage by Howard J. Markman, Scott M. Stanley, and Susan L. Blumberg The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman Love & Respect: The Love She Most Desires; The Respect He Desperately Needs by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs I recommend these 3 books. :-) What i also recommend you to do together is try to talk everything through, express your feelings, try to relax, have a fun day out together and try to avoid any arguments.
