Pulmonary embolism

How soon or if ever would one be able to travel by aeroplane again after a Pulmonary embolism ?

As soon as your blood clotting factor ( PI) is down to normal or lower than normal and you are on preventative treatment like Warfarin or Persantin. I won't take long flights >3 hours in the first 6 months as the risk would still be high.
