The pubis is part of your pelvis and can be palpated on the front just abouve your groin. It is a cartilagenous joint and has very little movement but if the pelvis is out of balance it too becomes unstable.
Usually caused by muscle imbalance or trauma.
Severity depends on the extent of the injury, but should be able to be realigned fairly easily by a physio or chiro.
