Soos die artikel sê, is psyllium die buitenste skil van 'n saad wat hoog is in dieetvesel. Alle dieetvesel sal die genoemde voordele inhou. Jy kan waarskynlik psyllium by gesondheidswinkels koop. Moenie jou inname van hierdie hoë-vesel produk oordoen nie, want dit kan maagprobleme veroorsaak (diarree, krampe, uitsetting, ens). Bly by die aanbevole 1 E voor 'n maaltyd en ook nie voor elke maaltyd nie.
