psoriatic arthritis

My husband has been diagnosed with psoriatic arthiritis. What type of exercise is the best for him? I also heard that there is medication that can reverse the condition. Is that true?

Non-weight bearing exercises are the best to simply keep the joints mobile but not load them and damage them further. There are many new treatments for this type of arthritis and the best person to consult is a Rheumatologist- they specialise in the medical treatment such types of athritis

1. Green tea- 1-1/2 litres a day.

2. Medication/ supplement-up to 3 grams of fish oil supplement- ie- 3 * 1000 grams of Salmon oil/cold pressed.
