Proper Eating plan for training

I'm following the war on wobbles training programme and would like your advise on an eating plan to follow to help boost my training and weight loss

Click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre diet which will also boost your exercise programme because it contains sufficient carbs to provide fuel for your activities and to prevent loss of lean muscle mass.
