Congratulations for losing all that weight - well done! There are so many different slimming products on the market that I can't keep track. However if you look at the list of ingredients and they list caffeine or guarana, and any form of epinephrine (synephrine) or bitter orange extract (citrus aurantium) then you will know that these are the ingredients which are a) suppressing your appetite b) increasing your energy by giving you a 'high' c) are potentially addictive. You still need carbs if you are running as intensively as you say you do. I would rather stick to a high-fibre, high-carb, low-fat diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet). You may well be eating too little so that your body gets the message "starvation" and switches off your metabolism. Compare the Slimming Diet with your present food intake and make the necessary adjustments to encourage additional weight loss.
