Dear Mousey
Unless you purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, or pick them off a tree or in your own garden, or obtain milk straight from a cow, all the foods we eat in the modern world are processed in some way or other. How inflammatory these foods may be, depends on your individual reaction and if you are sensitive or allergic to certain foods. If you suspect that you have food allergies, ask your dr to send you for the relevant tests, because cutting out foods because of suspected (not confirmed sensitivity or allergy), can lead to a variety of deficiencies. If you can obtain wheat from a farmer, grind it yourself and then sieve it, you could make your own pasta which would then not be commercially processed, but home-made.
