Probleme met Ovulasie

Hi,

Ek hoop iemand kan my help. My man is getoets en alles is normaal, die probleem lê by my. Help, asseblief!!!

The oestrogen and progesterone are low becaue you are not ovulating, so the problem to sort out is getting you to ovulate, not trying to boost the hormones. There are other alternatives if Fertomid is not working, but I would suggest that you see a fertility expert. The cause for your not ovulating may be important. PCOS is one of the commoner causes and can be quite difficult to treat.

Best wishes

Thanks for replying, but what is PCOS?

Dear Tina

There can be a few reasons why you are not ovulating- stress, over- or underweight. Insulin resistance also plays a part. The underlying cause have to be investigated and treated appropriately. Although Fertomid (Clomid generic) is used to stimulate ovulation, it often results in failure if the underlying factors are not treated
