Preventing Infections

I've read up on how to prevent thrush from reoccuring, but what I would like to know is how to prevent other infections - whether it be uterine, cervical or vaginal - mainly those requiring antibiotics - ? Doc any suggestions? Thanks you.

Other than thrush there are two main types of infections - STIs which can be prevented by having safe sex, and vaginal infections such as Trichomonas which do not usually recur so are not a major problem in preventing.

Best wishes
