Premature Hairloss

Good day.

I am a 24 year old male. I am losing clumps of hair that doesn't seem to be growing back. This is happening in a random pattern.
I am in good health (had a full physical about 3 months ago). WHat could be causing this and what can I try to resolve it.

Regards

Dear Valkerie
Please see a doctor/dermatologist - this can be a fungal infection or alopecia areata, a disease where the hair is lost due to anti-body reaction.
