Pregnavit M and folic acid

Hi,
Me and my hubby are ttc, and I am taking Pregnavit M. I am just wondering if the Folic Acid in the Pregnavit is sufficient or do I have to take extra folic acid tablets.
Thank you

You do not need extra folate.

Hi Lulu

Usually your doc will just recommend folic acid while you are trying to conceive and then for the fist 12 weeks of pregnancy as a multivitamin can cause nausea.
Perhaps you should also get folic acid?
