pregnant woman & pilates

Hi

I am 3 months pregnant and would like to do the pilate excercises as shown on this website.Am I able to complete all the excercises as I read that after 3 months you should not be doing exercises lying down.

please advise

You should not lie flat on your back for any length of time and avoid exercises that put strain on your abdominal muscles.
