Pregnant & having your period

Can you still get your period while you're pregnant, without realising that you're actually pregnant? What are the symptons, especially if you are not experiencing any pains, and getting your period on a regular cycle?

An implanrtation bleed may be confused with a period. Thereafter if you have regular monthly bleeds, you would not be pregnant.

There are documented cases of woman having a "period" during the early stages of pregnancy. But it is not the norm. There are also many cases of woman that carried a child to full term and never realized that they were pregnant, mainly because there period in the past was irregular.

Best is, if you are TTC or had unprotected sex with out contraception and you do suspect that the lady could be pregnant, to have a blood test done and make sure.
