Pregnant after sterilisation?

What is the chance of getting pregnant after a sterilisation (performed with a ceserean) 2 years ago?

I should imagine that if you've been sterilized the chances of being able to fall pregnant would be zero.
If you want to fall preggies, you'll have to consider reversal I suppose?

I have the same problem - I am now going for invertro fertilization (IVF)
