Pregnant

My dautghter is asthmatic and is at present 32 weeks pregnant. Although her doctor has said that it's quite safe for you to use her asthma pump during her pregnancy, after a visit today he mentioned that using the pump can cause her to not go into labour? What would they do when she's due, enduce her or give a caesar? She's rather reluctant to the latter as she's not on medical aid and it's quite expensive.

The doses of medication in the pump are not large enough to interefere with labour. If she did not go into labour by 41 weeks, he would be induced.
