If done correctly, eg, all procedures follow according to the pack leaflet and done at the right time of your cycle, it should be accurate, however if you do it too soon you could end up with a false negative, when in fact you are pregnant.
I would suggest that if you have a positive, you follow it up with a bloodtest as well.
