Indeed it is possible to conceive with only one patent fallopian tube provided that the tube is absolutely normal in all aspects i.e. not simply patent but also functional. However it is important to bear in mind that conception is only possible when you are ovulating on the same side as the patent tube.

Yes only one ovary is also to get a pregancy .Recently one of my friend gave birth to a cute baby girl . she had only one ovary
