if i eat food items that are heaty eg. papaya, pineapple etc will that avoid pregnancy.

NO! The only ways to avoid pregnancy are to either not have sexual intercourse or to use contraceptives - e.g. the 'pill' or condoms.

Foods do not help avoid pregnancy, it is as simple as that.

Hi Puppy,

Healthy food has nothing to do with preventing a pregnancy. You need to take the proper precaution i.e. wearing a condom, going on the pill or bi monthly injection.
