The egg only survives about 2-3 days, so this is the limit to when you can fall pregnant.

Sperm can live in the female reproductive tract for up to 3 days, no longer. So it would be impossible to fall pregnant weeks or months after intercourse. However, some women may not realise that they have fallen pregnant in a particular month and only notices the next month when the symptoms become very apparent.
