I was also struggling for 2 years to fall pregnant until one day a doctor told me that the day you start menstrauting you count as day 1. Day 14 is the day you will fall pregnant so to make sure you practise day 13, 14 and 15. The first month after that i wasn't with my husband but the following month i tryed the advise and I fell pregnant. Strangely enough I fell pregnant with twins.
I hope this will help you
