One should establish the reason for the PND. An operation can only improve the drainage of the sinusses, but does not take away the cause. That should be diagnosed and treated. You need to get an ENT opinion regarding the cause. This could be anything from a chronic infection to an allergy. This will require possible nasal sprays to control the drip, to longer term antibiotics to stop the infection.
